Yoshio Yamamoto has been a regular this past month at Barefoot, winning the final event of the "Barefoot Swing" on the Norman Course at Barefoot Resort & Golf. He has been close the last two events, however couldn't seal the deal on the final day. Going into the final round he was three shots back of Brock Elder who carded a tournament low 67 in the second round. Facing strong winds in the the final round, Yoshio carded a final round 70 which gave him the overall title and the only player to shoot under par in the final round.The irony to all this is Yoshio during the winter months, worked on his game with coach Scott Schobe, at the Greg Norman Champions Golf Academy.
